Clear the Paper Jam in the Office Finisher LX

Clear jams under the Finisher Top Cover:

1. Pull up the lever on the Top Cover.
2. Open the Finisher Top Cover by rotating it to the left.
   
   
   
   
3. Remove any jammed paper.
   
   
   
   NOTE: If the paper is torn, remove all torn pieces from the printer.
   
   
4. Close the cover.
   
   

Clear jams in the Finisher Transport:

1. Locate the handle on the right front of the Center Tray.
2. Lift the handle of the tray straight up to open the Transport Cover.
3. Remove any jammed paper.
   
   
   
   
4. Close the cover.
   
   NOTE: If a paper jam message is displayed again or the jammed paper cannot be seen inside the machine, the Finisher must be removed to clear the jam. For instructions on how to remove the Finisher, refer to the manual provided with the Finisher.
