Jams in the paper path - clean Paper Path / Remove jams

- Check the message on the Control Panel for the location of the jam.
- Open the area where the jam has occurred and remove any misfed paper. (Please read any cautions that may be present before touching the inside of the device.)
- Open paper trays to be sure the paper is loaded correctly.
